Raspberry Lemonade

3 lemons cut in half

70 g caster sugar

A good handful of raspberries

Ice cubes

1 litre still or sparkling water, your choice

 

  1. Place the sugar in your Thermomix and grind 5 seconds, speed 10.

  2. Add the lemons, raspberries and half the water, chop 3 seconds speed 6.

  3. Add the remaining ½ litre of water.

  4. Insert the simmering basket and hold firmly in place whilst pouring the lemonade into a jug, the basket acts as a sieve.

  5. Add Ice and serve.

 

You can make this lemonade with a big handful of parsley instead of the raspberries . The juice will be a vivid green colour and brimming with vitamins.
