I have cooked professionally for almost 3 decades, as a senior teacher at Leiths School of Food and Wine,  catering, restaurants and food styling.

 

For the last 10 years I've been a Thermomix advisor and run a team in London. We hold regular classes to help people get the most out of their Thermomix.

I am passionate about everything to do with food. Having lived and worked in Japan, Russia, the USA and Italy I write a blog here about Thermomix recipes.
