    A knive is expected to be only for the hardest of the troublesome endeavors, and will get beat up. It needn't bother with the hazardously sharp edge-staying aware of limits of exorbitant German or Japanese steel best meat cleaver, so there's no sense in tending to over-the-odds costs for one when more affordable models are equivalently practical.
